KCS - Receiving "Error Saving: Unable to Save" When Using the IOS App on Data

Issue:

  • When I go to add an Activity, Matter, or Contact using the IOS App, I receive the following error: "Error Saving: Unable to Save."

  • Clio Web App
  • IOS App

Cause:

Our IOS App keeps your data loaded for easy access, meaning you generally do not need to be connected to the internet in order to see your data. This error indicates that Clio is not connected to your data network, which is likely due to your phone's data settings. 

Resolution:

  1. Go to your iPhone's Settings
  2. Go to Clio App settings
  3. Click to enable the Cellular Data switch
