Answer:
One reason why is that you do not have administrative permissions in Clio. To learn how to change user permissions, please click here.
Additionally, Clio Payments is only available to our North American Customers. More information on this can be found here.
If you are located in North America, check your Firm Address within Settings to ensure it is set to the correct address.
