KCS - How Do I Correct the Matter on a Logged Email or Phone Record?


  • A way to move an Email or Phone Log from an incorrect Matter to a correct Matter

Additional Information:


  1. Navigate to the main Communications or Matter Communications page
  2. From Logs, click on Phone or Email 
  3. Locate the incorrectly filed Phone or Email log
  4. Click Edit in the Actions column
  5. Type in the correct Matter number and Save the log
