I Reset my Password but I Still Can't Log In

Answer:

There are two reasons why this may occur:

  1. Your browser may be trying to process your old password. If this is the case, after you reset your password, close your browser then reopen it. You should be able to login with the most recent password you created.
  2. Your login may have been deactivated. Please check with your account administrator to make sure your login is enabled.

If you are the only user on your Clio Account and are still unable to login please contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x2.
