Additional Information:
Some Outlook Sync issues caused by Outlook permissions may be resolved by running Clio's Outlook Desktop Sync as an Administrator.
Procedure:
- If it's already open, close the Outlook Sync Setup application (click File, then Exit)
- Right-click the Outlook Sync Setup application
- Select Run as administrator
