Objective:
- Did my Client sync to QBO?
Environment:
- Clio Manage
- Quickbooks Online
Additional Information:
Clio will only sync Clients with Bills with an issue date within the Sync bills issued on or after date
Procedure:
- Open the Contact in Clio
- In QuickBooks click Sales
- Click the Customers subtab
- Enter the name of the Customer in the Find a customer or company search bar
If the Contact has synced, it will appear after the search, followed by a number in parentheses (e.g. "Jane Smith (902045059)"). You'll see the same number in Clio within the URL when viewing the Contact (for example: https://app.clio.com/nc/#/contacts/902045059).
