How Can I Tell If My Contact from Clio Has Synced to Quickbooks Online?

Additional Information:

Clio will only sync Clients with Bills with an issue date within the Sync bills issued on or after date


  1. Open the Contact in Clio
  2. In QuickBooks click Sales
  3. Click the Customers subtab
  4. Enter the name of the Customer in the Find a customer or company search bar

If the Contact has synced, it will appear after the search, followed by a number in parentheses (e.g. "Jane Smith (902045059)").  You'll see the same number in Clio within the URL when viewing the Contact (for example:
