- Is my QBO account actively syncing contacts, bills, bill payments and credit notes?
- Is my Xero Bill sync active?
- Clio Manage
- QuickBooks Online
- In Clio click on Settings
- Click on Bill Syncing
- Under Sync Status, verify that:
- There is a green checkmark and the word Synced
- There are the words Bills Synced and a number of Bills synced
