Why Does an Invoice Have No Client Associated with It?

Issue:

  • Invoice has no client associated with it
  • Invoice is showing [Client Deleted]

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Cause:

The Client has been deleted 

Resolution:

  1. Click Settings 
  2. Select Recovery Bin 
  3. Locate the Contact. You can use the filter option on the right-hand side. 
  4. Select Recover
