Is there a way to Setup Default Filters on any page in Clio?

Objective:

  • Can I set up a default Filter view in the Matters tab?
  • How can I create standard Filters for Activities?
  • Is it possible to set up standard Filter options for Tasks?

  • Clio Manage

Answer:

On Contacts, Matters, Activities, Communications and Notes data tables, some filters will remain intact when you navigate away from the page and return to it or hit refresh. This includes: 

  • “Quick filter” buttons  (e.g. All/Time/Expenses on Activities)
  • Results per page preference
  • Date range filters on Activities and Communications 
  • Calendar view settings on Calendars page  (Agenda/Day/Week...etc) 

NOTE: A cache clear will remove the remembered persisted filters.
