Contacts may have synced to Office365 online, but not the Outlook Desktop app. Please be sure to check your Office365 online account and confirm if the sync is active.
Please make sure that the Contact Sync is set up correctly, and that it has been more than 24 hours since the initial sync started as it can take up to 24 hours for the initial sync to run.
If it still doesn't work, call Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x2 to look into it further.
