I Entered My Payment Details but Cannot Click the Pay Bill Button

Objective:

  • Cannot complete payment
  • Cannot click the Pay Bill Button when paying bill on Clio connect

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio payments

  1. Ensure you have completed all fields in the form and try again
  2. Refresh the page and try again
  3. Contact your lawyer and ask them to check that there is no issue on their end
  4. Contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x2
