- How do I filter for read or unread Communications in Clio Connect

Procedure:
- Log into Clio Connect
- Click on the Communications tab
- Click Filter on the right-hand side
- Select the required Status (All, unread, read)
- Alternatively, you can use the search field to locate the Subject line of the message
