Issue:
- "Server Execution Failed" message when attempting to Synchronize with the Clio Sync Setup application
- User receives an error message when they attempt to run the sync
Environment:
- Clio Manage
- Clio Sync for Outlook
Additional Information:
These steps will often need to be completed by the firms IT
Resolution:
- Attempt to run Outlook Desktop Sync as an Administrator
- Run ScanPST
- Ensure the appropriate Ports and Whitelist options are set (see here)
- Verify that the expected Outlook Data File is set as the default Outlook Data File (see here)
