KCS - Why are the Start and End date fields greyed out for certain Calendar Events?

Objective:

  • Can I change the date on a reocurring Calendar event? 
  • Update the dates on recurring Calendar entries?

  • Clio Web App

Answer:

The dates for Repeating Calendar Events cannot be changed and the fields will appear greyed out within the Edit Calendar Entry window.
