How Do I Reschedule My Training Appointment?


  • I can't make my training with Clio how do I re-schedule?

Additional Information:

  • Booking was made via a booking page for an Onboarding specialist, or through a sales representative.


  1. Go to your Email
  2. Find the calendar invitation for your training event
  3. Click the link next to the words "please click here to RESCHEDULE this booking"
  4. Follow the steps to change your date and time to one that suits 
  5. Click a time to change your booking, you will receive a new invitation via email.
