- Booking was made via a booking page for an Onboarding specialist, or through a sales representative.
- Go to your Email
- Find the calendar invitation for your training event
- Click the link next to the words "please click here to RESCHEDULE this booking"
- Follow the steps to change your date and time to one that suits
- Click a time to change your booking, you will receive a new invitation via email.
