KCS - How Will I be Notified that a Client has Made a Payment Using a Payment Plan?

Objective:

  • Payment Plan notifications
  • Payment Plan receipts

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

The email notification will be sent after the changes have cleared and the payment is completed; this may take up to 2 business days

Procedure:

You will be sent an email once the payment has been processed. This email will look like the following example:
