Objective:
- Review Matters that don't have recent Bills
- See stale and inactive Matters
Environment:
- Clio Manage

Procedure:
- Go to Reports
- Select Matters (under "Matter Reports")
- Select Open for the "Matter Status"
- Make any other selections needed
- Choose CSV for the "Output Format"
- Click Generate Report
- Download the report and open it in Excel
- Hit Ctrl and A on your keyboard simultaneously to select all populated cells
- Choose Insert from the ribbon at the top of the page
- Select Table
- Click OK
- Click on the down arrow in the Latest Bill column
- Choose to Sort Oldest to Newest OR apply Date Filters
