KCS - Unable to Save a Contact

Objective:

  • Update Person button does not work
  • Save New Person button is not working

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Answer:

You will be unable to save the Contact if there are missing required fields or a field has invalid inputs. Check the following before saving:

  • All the required fields (indicated by the green 'required' labels) are filled in.
  • There are no boxes highlighted in red indicating a field has been filled in incorrectly.
