Unable to Save a Contact


  • Update Person button does not work
  • Save New Person button is not working
  • Not Saving When Inputting LEDES ID
  • Error: "Unable to Edit Contact"

Additional Information:



You will be unable to save the Contact if there are missing required fields or a field has invalid inputs. Check the following before saving:

  • All the required fields (indicated by the green 'required' labels) are filled in.
  • There are no boxes highlighted in red indicating a field has been filled in incorrectly.
  • Make sure the LEDES ID is only 20 characters long
  • Ensure all "Types" next to emails and phone numbers are populated
