Can I Filter Bills By Sent and Unsent?

Objective:

  • Filter bills that have been sent to the client
  • Can I see bills that were not sent to the client? 
  • How can I see unsent bills? 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • The 'Last Sent' column will show if the date the bill was sent or if it was not sent to the client. 

Procedure:

  1. Click Billing
  2. Click All
  3. Click Filters on the right
  4. Leave the Client field if you are looking to filter unsent or sent bills for all clients
  5. Click Last Sent and select "Not Sent Yet" for unsent bills and the remaining two fields for sent bills
