Environment:

Additional Information:
- Contact notes may have been saved at the Matter level. Please pay attention to the "Filed note to..." section of a New note, as it is possible to create a note from within the Notes sub-tab at the Contact level and file it to the Notes sub-tab of a Matter.
Procedure:
- Navigate to the Contact
- Click on the Notes sub-tab
- Click the blue New note on the upper right
- Add Subject and Note details as applicable
- Make sure Contact is selected under the File note to... section
- Fill in the Date and Recorded time, if needed
- Click Save note
