Using Evergreen Management, you can be alerted when trust funds reach below a specified threshold, but only after they have been applied to billed work. For information on Evergreen retainers, see here. 

Answer:

Certain plans can use Matter Budgets to track and be notified once unbilled activities reach a specified threshold. The budget would need to be increased when new Trust Funds are added.
