Objective:
- Time Entries don't show up in the last day of the Billable month
- Expenses aren't coming up within the correct date range in Billable Clients

Answer:
Check your time zone. If the Time Zone within your Profile isn't set the same as the User who created the Activities, they may be pulling in a few hours differently causing them to show on the next day within Billable Clients. Ensure your team has the same Time Zones set throughout.
