KCS - Activities Aren't Showing Up When Using a Date Range in Billable Clients

Objective:

  • Time Entries don't show up in the last day of the Billable month
  • Expenses aren't coming up within the correct date range in Billable Clients

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

To update your Time Zone, check here.

Answer:

Check your time zone. If the Time Zone within your Profile isn't set the same as the User who created the Activities, they may be pulling in a few hours differently causing them to show on the next day within Billable Clients. Ensure your team has the same Time Zones set throughout.
