Connecting HighLevel to Clio
The easiest way to get started is to get started is to first login into your account at https://app.gohighlevel.com if you don't already have you can connect your Clio account and sign up at the same time through this link: Connect My Clio Account. After you're logging in you should see a screen that looks like this:
From here you want to navigate to Settings --> Integrations and then you should see a screen that looks like this:
From here simply click on "Connect" under the Clio logo, you will be automatically redirected to the connect screen:
Click "Allow Access" and your account will be connected and you will be returned to the application ready to go!
Using HighLevel with Clio
Once you've gotten your Clio connection established, now it's time to start sending reviews from your matter screen, the easiest way to do this is to first add a custom field in Clio. You can do this by going into "Settings" and clicking on "Custom Fields":
Next click "Add" under the custom matter fields:
When the dialog pops up choose the type of "Checkbox" and name it "Send Review":
Once you click save you can navigate to any matter, choose "Edit" and you will now see a "Send Review" checkbox. When this is checked and the matter saved we will automatically send out a review request to that client.
As a final step back inside HighLevel you can tell us the name of the custom field you want us to pay attention to, in this case "Send Review" by choose it from the drop down box under Settings --> Integrations:
