KCS - Why Can't I See the Edit Button Beside an Unbilled Hourly Time Entry?

Objective:

  • Unable to edit individual unbilled Time Entries 
  • Can't see Edit or Duplicate buttons

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • If you can not see the option to edit when you are selecting multiple Time Entries it is likely that you do not have administrative permissions within your Clio account.
  • You can only Edit entries that are not on a Bill 

Answer:

The "Actions" column has not been selected. 

Resolution: 

  1. Go to Activities
  2. Click on Columns at the top-right
  3. Check the Actions box
  4. Click Update columns
