Objective:
- Unable to edit individual unbilled Time Entries
- Can't see Edit or Duplicate buttons
Environment:
- Clio Manage
Additional Information:
- If you can not see the option to edit when you are selecting multiple Time Entries it is likely that you do not have administrative permissions within your Clio account.
- You can only Edit entries that are not on a Bill

The "Actions" column has not been selected.
Resolution:
- Go to Activities
- Click on Columns at the top-right
- Check the Actions box
- Click Update columns
