How to Send Emails to Clio using Maildrop

If you are sending an email using the Maildrop function from an email account that is not connected to a User on your Clio account, you must add that email address as an Email Alias in Clio. For the steps to do this, click here

Clio blocks all received Maildrop emails from unfamiliar email addresses to prevent unauthorized 3rd parties from maliciously creating data in our users' accounts. 

Answer:

No, Maildrop Addresses are unique to each Matter and will not change for that Matter. It is recommended to save the Maildrop Address in your email account as "<MATTER NAME> Maildrop".
