KCS - Why Doesn't a Date Field Appear when I add a Communication Log on my iOS App?

Objective:

  • Where is the Date field? 
  • Why doesn't a Date field appear when I add an email log or phone log?
  • Adding a Date to a Communication log

Answer:

You need to specifically select the Date field in your IOS App when creating a Communication log. To add a Date field when creating an email or phone log, complete the following steps: 

  1. Select Add optional fields at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select Date
