Objective:
- Unable to print Bills in Chrome
- Bills only downloading in private browser
- Bills not printing, and not showing an error message

Answer:
Your browser is blocking downloads from app.clio.com.
If a pop-up appears saying "This site is attempting to download multiple files. Do you want to allow this?", click Always allow downloads from app.clio.com
Alternatively:
1. Go to chrome://settings/
2. Scroll down to Show advanced settings...
3. Under Downloads you can uncheck the box next to 'Ask where to save each file before downloading'
4. Restart Chrome
