Importing transactions or bills from Clio will also create the necessary Customer Contacts in Quickbooks.
Technically there is no way to export/import Contacts into QuickBooks Desktop. When you export transactions or bills, data about the contacts associated with those bills/transactions are included. When imported into QBD, those records are used to associate the transaction/bill with the contact in QBD. If it's the first time a record is being imported for that contact and the contact doesn't exist in QBD yet, one is created.
