No. Clio’s QBO integration doesn’t use the Tax Centre, as a result Taxes are added as line items in Bills. Taxes that are synced from Clio to QBO cannot be linked to the tax liability account that is created by QBO's "Sales Tax Centre". As such, taxes cannot be reported using Tax Centre functionality in QBO.
The suggested workflow is to take the Product/Service that Tax is syncing to and treat/report on it as the liability that it is. Once it's in the undeposited funds state, you can deposit it into whatever account needed.
