KCS - Issue: Recovered Matters Not Reassociating with Bills

Issue:

  • Deleted Matters are not reconnecting to their bills after recovery

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

If someone deletes a Matter, they can usually recover the Matter and it will automatically re-associate with all of their Bills. Currently, if a user deletes a Matter and later recovers it, it does not re-associate with the Bills. This means the Bill cannot no longer be actioned on, as Bills need a Matter associated to be viewed/edited, etc.

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

No workaround is available at this time
