Mass Document Automation for Clio allows you to mass produce lots of documents for lots of clients and lots of matters all at once.

Note: Mass Document Automation is part of the AlphaDrive suite. AlphaDrive is required to use it.
Using Mass Document Automation with Clio
To get started, click "Documents" on your AlphaDrive ribbon, then click "Generate".
On the first screen, you can select what clients and matters you would like to generate documents for. You can find matters more easily by using the conditional search at the top of the window. Once you've selected all of the matters you would like to generate documents for, click "Next".
On this screen you will select which documents to generate for each of the previously selected matters. You will a list of all the templates in your "My Templates" folder. Just click the box to the left of each document you would like to generate and click "Next".
The next screen allows you to rename documents and select what format they are generated in. You can keep them in the original format or generate them as a .pdf file. Once you've made your selections and renamed your documents, click "Next".
Your documents will begin generating. Depending on how many documents you're generating, this process may take a moment. Once the generation is complete, you will see a list of all generated documents and will be able to open them for editing or view the folder they were generated to.
