Why Am I Getting the Message "The bill's issue date is in the past. Do you want to update the issue date now?" When Trying to Approve a Bill?

You will receive this message if you issued the Bill on a date in the past but are trying to approve it now. You can either update the issue date to today's date, or you click simply click "Approve."
