Why are my Bills not Showing up in the Clio Payments Tab?

Objective:

  • To determine why Bills are not appearing in the list of completed transactions when the Bill shows as Paid. 

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Clio Payments Tab

Answer:

Only Bills with Clio Payments will appear in the Clio Payments tab.  Please review the Invoice to make sure the Payments are not coming from another source.
