KCS - Why Does the Total Time on the Matter Dashboard not Match the Amount on the Quick Bill?

Answer:

The 'Total Time' figure on the Dashboard refers to the cumulative total for the Time Entries on the Matter (both billed and unbilled). This can differ from the amount being pulled onto your new Quick Bills if there are entries for the Matter which have already been billed. Additionally, if you have Time Rounding enabled, the figures that you see on the "New Quick Bill" page prior to generating will not reflect this, however rounding will be applied once you generate the Bill.
