KCS - How do I See a Client's Matters?

Objective:

  • View if Client has a Matter

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Procedure:

  1. Go to the page for the appropriate Client
    • You can locate them by typing into the main search field at the top-left of the Clio page
  2. Look in the Matters subtab, below the "Contact Information" section
    • By default, this will display all of the Client's Matters
