Why Are Clients Able to Respond to Sent Bill Emails When it Shows the Reply-To Email Address as 'notifications@clio.com'?

Objective:

  • When I send a Bill to a Client, what email address will the Client see?
  • Why does the email including a Bill say it's from "notifications@clio.com" but when the Client replies, it goes to my login email?

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

When your Client replies to the email they receive that includes their Bill, they will be replying directly to the email address of the User that sent the Bill. This allows your Clients to respond with any potential questions.
