Resolution:
- Ensure that you have received an invitation from the CloudMask account admin
- Ensure that the CloudMask Google Chrome extension is installed and that you are signed in
- Double check that you have verified your email and activated your account after registering
- Once you are registered, verified, and the Chrome extension has been installed, you'll be able to see the encrypted content
