Why Can't I See A Document Folder That's Encrypted with CloudMask?

Issue:

  • My firm shared a document with me via Clio and CloudMask and all I see are boxes and unrecognizable characters.

Cause:

Resolution:

  1. Ensure that you have received an invitation from the CloudMask account admin
  2. Ensure that the CloudMask Google Chrome extension is installed and that you are signed in
  3. Double check that you have verified your email and activated your account after registering
  4. Once you are registered, verified, and the Chrome extension has been installed, you'll be able to see the encrypted content
