Will I Get a Reminder or Notification Regarding My Scheduled Training Session?

Objective:

  • Will I receive a confirmation regarding my training session?
  • Will I receive instructions or information on my training session?
  • I have a training session scheduled but never received instructions or information on how to join.

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Training is provided via phone and screen share in a virtual meeting room using Zoom. Details on joining the Zoom meeting are provided to the person who booked the training appointment via email from the Onboarding Specialist assigned to your Account.

If you believe you have an appointment booked, but have not received any details on connecting to your virtual meeting, please email: customer.enablement@clio.com  

Answer:

Yes, a reminder is typically sent a day or two ahead and then again 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
