Training is provided via phone and screen share in a virtual meeting room using Zoom. Details on joining the Zoom meeting are provided to the person who booked the training appointment via email from the Onboarding Specialist assigned to your Account.

Yes, a reminder is typically sent a day or two ahead and then again 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
