How to Reactivate a User in Clio Grow


  • Re-add a user to the account

Additional Information:

  • If attempting to reactivate the account (sole user), then please contact Customer Support.


  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on the Account tab
  3. Click Reactivate next to the user’s name
  4. A pop-up is displayed
    1. If you have an available license, click Re-activate user.
    2. If you have no available licenses, payment information for the new license is displayed. Click Re-activate to process the payment.

*Former Lexicata users may have to contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x2, via the Live Chat function in Clio or at in order to add additional licenses.
