How to Reactivate a User in Clio Grow

Objective:

  • Re-add a user to the account

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • If attempting to reactivate the account (sole user), then please contact Customer Support.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on the Account tab
  3. Click Reactivate next to the user’s name
  4. A pop-up is displayed
    1. If you have an available license, click Re-activate user.
    2. If you have no available licenses, payment information for the new license is displayed. Click Re-activate to process the payment.

*Former Lexicata users may have to contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x2, via the Live Chat function in Clio or at support@clio.com in order to add additional licenses.
