Procedure:
Automatic Reminder
- Go to the appropriate matter
- Find the scheduled appointment on the matter workflow
- Click Options and then Set Auto Reminder on the matter checklist item
- Select a time to remind the contact about the upcoming appointment
- Click Add Reminder to save the reminder time
Manual Reminder
- Go to the appropriate matter
- Find the scheduled appointment on the matter workflow
- Click Options and then Send Reminder on the matter checklist item
- Review the reminder email
- Click Send Email to send the reminder email
