How Can I See Contacts Created in a Specific Time Frame?


  • View contacts added in a particular date range 
  • Export contacts for a time period


  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:



  1. Go to Contacts
    • Optionally, you can use the Filters option at the top-right to narrow the results by category (Person or Company), type (Client), or Custom Fields
  2. Click Export at the bottom of the page
  3. Select CSV as the export format
  4. Leave Available columns selected
  5. Click Export
  6. Open the file in Excel
  7. Select the Contact Created Date column (should be F), so that the entire column is highlighted
  8. Select the Data ribbon in Excel
  9. Click on Filter
  10. Click on the down arrow that now displays beside Contact Created Date
  11. Use the Search field to narrow results to a specific date range by selecting/deselecting dates
