How to check if your email is still synced in Clio Grow

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • To double check that your email is synced, you can send an email via Clio Grow to another email address that you have access to. If the sent email appears in your synced email’s sent folder, then the email sync is active and working.

Procedure:

  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. Click on the “Email & Calendar Sync” tab
  3. Check if email is synced
