Objective:
- Adding automatically filled fields into a PDF Document Template in Grow

Procedure:
A New PDF Document
- Create a new PDF document
- Select the required number of Contacts, Companies, Contact Signers and User Signers
- Select the required autofill fields from the appropriate fields section
- Click Create Template
- Click the Text Box button in the options shown on the left side
- Click on the desired location in the document
- Under What text goes here? on the options shown to the right, select the desired autofill field from the dropdown menu, which will include the autofill fields you chose in the previous screen
- Repeat steps 5-7 for all locations for your autofill fields
- Click Continue to save the PDF template
Editing an Existing PDF Document
Note: Only fields that were selected when the document was originally setup can be added to the document. If you would like to add additional fields not initially chosen when setting up the Document Template, you will need to create a new PDF Document Template using the steps above.
- On the Template Editor page, edit the desired PDF Document Template
- Click the Text Box button in the options shown on the left side
- Click on the desired location in the document
- Under What text goes here? from the options shown on the right, select the desired autofill field from the dropdown menu, which will include the autofill fields you chose in the previous screen
- Repeat steps 2-4 for all locations for your autofill fields
- Click Save Template to Complete
