Clio Connect User Not Receiving Shared Resources

Issue:

  • Why is my client not getting the Bill that I share? 

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Cause:

The email address that you've entered for their Contact in Clio is incorrect

OR

Their email system is blocking the emails

Resolution:

  1. Locate the Contact
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update the Primary Email Address 
  4. Click Update Person or Update Company
  5. Reshare resources via Clio Connect

OR

Have the recipient "whitelist" Clio emails, then reshare the resources
