Questions in the Clio Grow Form Builder can be linked to Custom Fields in Clio Grow as follows:

The following Custom Fields in Clio Grow cannot be linked to any Clio Grow Form Builder question type:

  • Dropdown Custom Fields
  • Contact Select Custom Fields
  • Email Custom Fields
  • Integer Custom Fields
  • Money Custom Fields
  • Website Custom Fields

  1. Click on Forms in the main navigation bar
  2. Click on Templates in the sub-navigation menu
  3. Create a new form or edit an existing one
  4. Click Edit link (beside the Remove link)
  5. Create a new question or edit an existing one
  6. Click Question Settings
  7. Select Connect Answer to Custom Field
  8. Choose Contact or Matter Custom Field
  9. Select the Custom Field from the drop-down
  10. Click Save to save the changes
  11. Click Save Question to save the question
  12. Click Save & Preview when finished with the form
