How do I Run a Report That Shows Inactive Users Activities?

Objective:

  • Inactive Users
  • Deactivated Users

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Procedure:

  1. Go to the Matter in question
  2. Click Activities
  3. Click Filters (on the right) 
  4. Make sure that All Users are selected as the Firm user
  5. Click Export
  6. Select CSV as the output format
  7. This will download an Excel sheet of all your Activity Entries, including those of your Inactive User

    From here, you can filter the Excel sheet to only show the entries for the Inactive User.
