How do I Run a Report that Shows Inactive Users Activities?

For further information, please see the following:


1. Go to the Matter in question.
2. Click on Activities.
3. Click on Filters and then make sure that 'All Users' are selected as the Firm User
4. Click Export, select CSV as the output format
5. This will download an Excel sheet of all your Activity Entries, including those of your Inactive User

From here, you can filter the Excel sheet to only show the entries for the Inactive User. I would suggest taking a look at the following article from Microsoft's site regarding how to filter out this page to only get the entries for this user -
